Sushi Bay is a privately owned conveyer-belt style Japanese restaurant. Established in 2004, Sushi Bay has grown significantly since it founded its first restaurant in Castle Hill, NSW. Sushi Bay now has 25 restaurants across NSW, QLD, ACT and NT in Australia.
