Our history

Sushi Bay was established on 30 October 2004 by transisting from Sushi Train established in 1999 to this business. Considering the history of its predecessor business, Sushi Bay has more than enough years of sushi business experience. Since the transition from Sushi Train, Sushi Bay has grown and continues to grow.

Sushi Bay is located at Castle Hill, Blacktown, Waterloo, Campbelltown, Penrith, Rouse Hill, Parramatta, Chatswood, Liverpool and Robina (QLD). Hinata, which is also part of Sushi Bay is located in Campbelltown.

Sushi Bay offers a variety of Japanese menu with the aim of delivering unique tastes to its customers. By utilizing our experience and expertise, we will continue to develop new menu to satisfy the customers.
